Can I use a credit Card right after being accepted without having the card?

   If you know the card number, start date, expiry date, name on the card, registered billing address and security code, plus any other security on the card, you can use it. Why do you need a new card ? Can’t you use one you already have ?

   You can use it online, or, if it gave you the option of printing a temporary shopping pass and you printed it, you could use the temp shopping pass in stores. If you didn’t print it (or it didn’t give you the option), then you’ll have to wait until the card comes to you in the mail.

   You can’t use it until you get the card the main reason being the online company will ask you for the last 3 digits off the back of the card, the credit card company can’t tell what these numbers are as they will only have the account number and expiry date on the records.
